Xian Big Wild Goose Pagoda

According to the record, the Ci'en Temple was built by Tang Gaozong Li Zhi for his mother to pray for luck. The north side faces to the Hanyuan Hall in Daming Palace. Near the temple, there is Qujiang Pool, apricot garden and Leyou Garden. The scenery here is charming and beautiful. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built by the first Buddhist abbot—Xuanzang. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is pavilion style brick pagoda. It is 64.517 meters high and 25 meters long in each side. The pagoda body is square pyramid which sits on the 4.2 meters high brick platform. Leshan Giant Buddha
